HOW DO I FIND MY MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER? If it is a blue LED light, call Lynx for service at 88.Call Lynx for service or a new bulb at 88. If it does not, the bulb is probably burned out. If it does, the light bulb may be burning out. If it is a halogen (white) light that is not working, tap the cover glass to see if it comes on.Remove the grill plug, and plug a lamp or something else into the outlet to be sure it is working.Push in the button on the left front of the grill.If you are still experiencing issues with the ignition, please call Lynx for service at 88.If not glowing, please call Lynx for service. Next, push knob straight in (do not turn) to see if the igniter is glowing. Carefully test to see if you can light the burner with a match or long-nosed lighter.Be sure to push the knob straight in and hold it for 5-7 secs before turning the knob to light.If using a propane bottle, be sure there is gas in the bottle and the valve on the bottle is turned on.Check to see that the gas shut off valve is in the on or open position.When you hook up gas for the first time, the valve has to be opened slowly in order to not trip the regulator. Check to see if gas is properly connected to the grill.Also, check to ensure gas orifices are not clogged. If either condition is seen, please call a Lynx authorized servicer. If grill had not been used for at least a month, check to see if rodents chewed wires, or the wired are otherwise damaged.If a GFI reset does not work, please contact your electrician.If nothing else works in the outlet, check to see if the GFI outlet needs to be reset.Plug a lamp or another device into the outlet to ensure the outlet is functioning.If lights do not turn on, and igniters do not glow, call Lynx for a new transformer at 88.If chewed wires are seen, call a Lynx authorized servicer at 88. If grill sat for a month or more without use, check to see if rodents chewed wires in the back of the grill.Push the button on the left front of the grill to see if the lights work.Check to see if the GFI outlet needs to be reset.Plug a lamp or something else into the outlet to be sure it is working.
